We’re pleased that the relaxation of Covid restrictions and the end to social distancing allows us to offer more flexibility and spontaneity during your stay with us.
The ability to dip in and out of each element of the Another Place experience in your own time, and at your own pace is so important.
There are no longer group restrictions in our restaurants, nor do you need to book to swim or use the cardio room. Our Kids’ Zone team are offering supervised sessions both during the day and in the evening.
However, we remain committed to the health and wellbeing of our guests and our teams. We’re keeping our face coverings on, and we’d ask you to do the same whilst you’re moving around the hotel or having a treatment in Swim Club.
There is land&water hand sanitiser in your room and throughout the hotel and, if you would like to check-in while you’re with us, our NHS track and trace code is at the front desk.
While the lifting of restrictions provides more availability, please download and make use of our mobile guest app to book restaurant tables, treatments, sports lessons and Kids’ Zone sessions ahead of your stay. This will ensure you can relax and enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive.
Finally, if you are suffering from any Covid symptoms, have tested positive or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please contact our guest services team who will be happy to rearrange your stay.
