30 December
Mulled wine and mince pies as you arrive, shrug off the Christmas chaos and let us take the reins. Children can head to Kids’ Zone for festive action, while you unwind in the pool, hot tub or with a good book in the library. Lace up your ice skates and head to the rink, get wetsuited up for a star-gazing swim before the children head to Kids' Zone. End the day with live music in The Living Space.
New Year’s Eve
Breakfast waffles set you up to explore Ullswater on foot or by paddleboard. Take to the ice with ice-skating sessions from midday. Children can join the Little Chefs Pizza School in the Glasshouse to make their lunch. Head back for a three-course dinner in Rampsbeck, live music and dancing until the big countdown. Drinks on the terrace and a drone display as midnight strikes.
New Year’s Day
Head to the jetty for a New Year dip, or settle in with a hair-of-the-dog in the library. Will you muster the energy for an ice-skating session, a walk through the foothills, or will the fell-view hot tub and deep sofas get your vote? As the day turns to evening, children can head to Kids' Zone for games night while live music sounds out The Living Space.
2 January
Wake up to fresh air, lake views and one last swim in the pool or skate on the rink, taking your time over a lazy breakfast and bidding us farewell, until next year.

25% discount for sole occupancy of a room.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is required in full to confirm the booking. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeit in its entirety.
Price per child sharing parents’ room
Children under 3 years old (sleeping in a cot) stay free of charge. Children 3-12 years are charged 50% of tariff. Please note that children under 3 years cannot be included in the children’s supervision sessions.
Dogs
Guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two dogs per room, charged at £15 per night for the first dog and £5 per night for an additional dog.

Wetsuits and dancing shoes
Stargazing swims, champagne tastings and live music to keep you on your feet. Get ready to welcome in the New Year with a treatment in Swim Club, a wetsuit from the sheep shed and your paddleboard from the jetty.
