Hazelnut Espresso Martini recipe
Our take on the classic espresso martini with Origin coffee and hazelnut. It’s part of our winter cocktail menu. A favourite of ours served in The Living Space bar and Rampsbeck restaurant.
Ingredients
30ml Origin coffee shot
25ml Mr Black’s coffee liqueur
50ml Frangelico
15ml Hazelnut syrup
60ml Espresso
Piece of hazelnut brittle (optional)
Method
Pop all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a good shake. Once ice cold, strain into a martini glass and serve with toasted hazelnuts on top.
