THE KIDS’ ZONE BOOKING TERMS

Babysitting is available for children up to 12 years of age in your room or apartment for up to a maximum of three children.

Babysitting is subject to a minimum of two hours, and £17.50 for each hour.

A booking request can be made through the app.

All bookings are considered a request until returned to the guest as confirmed.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible in writing using the email address you provided when you made your booking.

For same day cancellations the minimum charge of £35 will apply.

If you subsequently shorten the confirmed reservation, we will not offer a refund.

If we are required to cancel or cut short your reservation, any charges will be adjusted accordingly.
A face covering must be worn when interacting with babysitters.

Please complete our booking form ahead of your stay detailing any allergies/medical conditions.
We are unable to provide a babysitting service for any child who has experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 48 hours of the reservation. Other conditions may apply when dealing with infectious diseases.

We are unable to provide a babysitting service when there is a dog in the room with the child unless a travel cage is provided, or you are staying in an interconnecting room or family suite.

All babysitters have a current first aid certificate and a DBS, however they can only administer lifesaving medication such as adrenaline pens and inhalers with the appropriate documentation.

The babysitter will follow your child’s bedtime routine; however, they are unable to bathe them.

If you are leaving the hotel premises, contact details of your location must be provided in case of an emergency.

Should Another Place cancel a lesson a full refund will be offered if it has not been possible for you to rebook.

All lessons are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Participants will be asked to sign a medical disclaimer before they can take part in any activity.

The Kids’ Zone is a space that provides supervised sessions for children aged 6 months to 12 years.

All sessions booked in the Kids’ Zone are subject to availability.

Sessions can be booked on the app.

Up to two sessions can be prebooked ahead of your arrival, further sessions may be available and can be booked on the day subject to availability

Sessions times may change throughout the year. All up to date information will be on our app.

Please complete our booking form ahead of your stay detailing any allergies/medical conditions. If your child requires any adaptation to a session for medical reasons, please inform us as soon as possible.

Handwashing and sanitising is mandatory when arriving and leaving the Kids’ Zone.

On occasion, sessions may take place outside, weather permitting. Please make sure children have suitable clothing.
