Saucy Santa's tonic

• Handful of redcurrants (fresh or frozen)

• 35ml Cumberland Saucy Gin

• 25ml orange juice

• Mediterranean tonic

• Crushed ice

• Dried or fresh orange slice to garnish

1. Drop the redcurrants into a highball glass and crush with the end of a rolling pin

2. Add 35ml of Cumberland Saucy gin

3. Pour 25ml of orange juice

4. Add a scoop of crushed ice

5. Top it up with a Mediterranean tonic

6. Stir together

7. Top if off with a slice of dried orange
