Want to know more?

Another Place, The Lake is set in 18 acres of Lake District National Park, with a private lake shore and views over Ullswater and the fells. We opened the hotel in summer 2017. We’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated and personable people who share our values.

That means you’ll love the outdoors, but know how to relax. You’ll have the ambition to work hard and succeed, but not at the expense of others. Most of all, you’ll cherish what’s right here, on your doorstep: a unique, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and, of course, our guests.

Like you, they’ve come here because they love the Lake District.
