For larger retreats, celebrations and landmark events, exclusive use gives you the freedom to make Another Place, The Lake entirely your own, from the bedrooms to the lake shore.
What's included
From midday on your arrival day to 11am on departure, the hotel and all its spaces are yours: 47 bedrooms, Rampsbeck Restaurant, The Living Space, The Glasshouse, and 18 acres of grounds with direct access to the shore of Ullswater.
Direct lake shore access means your guests can spend time on the water, with activities like stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, open water swimming and sailing all available. Guests can spend time together, drift between spaces and find quiet moments by the lake when they need them.
Exclusive use works particularly well for longer stays, where the focus is on spending time together without a fixed schedule.
