SPORTS BOOKING TERMS

• Please arrive at Swim Club reception 15 minutes prior to your lesson.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Stand-up paddleboard lessons are available for ages 7+ years, and 11+ years where detailed.

• Rafted canoe lessons are available for 5+ years, Explore the Lake by canoe/ kayak is 10+ years.

• Archery lessons are available for 7+ years. Please refer to the details of the activity you are booking for specific age restrictions.

• A parent/ guardian must accompany any child under 18 years, on the lesson.

Open water swimming

• A 50% charge will apply to lessons cancelled within 48 hours of their scheduled start date.  Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 100%.

• Another Place reserves the right to cancel sports lessons. We will endeavour to rearrange the lesson if possible.

• Most open-water swimming adventures need a minimum of two people to go ahead. We will contact you 12 hours before your booking if there is only one person booked on the lesson, as we may have to cancel on the morning of the swim. We'll try to offer you an alternative, but you will receive a full refund if we cancel.

• Should Another Place cancel a lesson a full refund will be offered if it has not been possible for you to rebook.

• All lessons are subject to availability and weather conditions.

• Participants will be asked to sign a medical disclaimer before they can take part in any activity.
