With morning movement sessions to set you up for the day, drop-in Q&As centred around your fitness and diet, breathwork, day-long hikes and fitness classes, this is your chance to boost your wellness in awe-inspiring surroundings. 

This three-night break includes:

  • Morning movement, core and body classes

  • Fell walking and hiking

  • Nutrition and exercise drop-in classes

  • Group swimming

  • Paddleboarding or kayaking on the lake
