Immerse yourself in energising beach yoga, therapeutic sea swimming, and restorative mindfulness practices on Islay's wild Atlantic coast. Move between invigorating morning flows, revitalising contrast therapy, and candlelit meditation sessions.
This three-day break offers a harmonious blend of movement and rest, guided by experienced instructor Laurie. Practice yoga on empty sands, discover transformative breathing techniques, and find deep renewal through sound meditation and deep rest yoga nidra with inspiring island views of Islay’s beautiful landscape. Open to all abilities.
