On Islay

Our menus

Across land, sea and air, Islay is brimming with fresh island produce - all coming together at the hotel’s 18 Restaurant & Bar.

From Loch Gruinart Oysters, Islay scallops and Port Askaig Lobster, to estates producing superb beef, lamb and game, we also cast our net wider to source the very best of Scottish ingredients.

And of course, sampling a dram from one of the island’s 10 world-class whisky distilleries, renowned for their distinctive smoky and peaty Islay flavour, is a must.
