With wide-angle views across our links course, dunes and ocean beyond, our 18 Restaurant & Bar offers a relaxed and informal dining experience with menus showcasing delicious seasonal Islay and Scottish produce.

Start with a drink by our roaring log fires or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the 18th green: the perfect spot to gaze out to sea at endless sunsets.


Our food philosophy

Locally sourced wherever possible, our passionate chefs have created menus that celebrate the best of Scottish produce. Across land, sea and air, Islay is brimming with fresh ingredients, ranging from seafood and game to vegetables and herbs. Much of the produce we source is freerange and from small-scale farmers and suppliers on Islay – helping to reduce food miles while supporting local artisan businesses that ecologically manage the land.

Seafood & savoury canapes, mini quiches, sandwiches and cakes. Selection of herbal teas and coffees. 24 hours notice and full payment required at the time of booking. Payment will not be refunded if reservations are cancelled within 48 hours. Available from 2.00 – 16.00.
