Start with a drink by our roaring log fires or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the 18th green: the perfect spot to gaze out to sea at endless sunsets. Our menus celebrate the best of Scottish produce. Across land, sea and air, Islay is brimming with fresh ingredients, from Loch Gruinart oysters and Ardtalla Venison, to kitchen garden vegetables and herbs, and we source locally from small-scale farmers and artisan businesses wherever we can.
