MONDAY 30 DECEMBER
Arrive in your own time, take in a round of golf on our championship links, or wander along the seven-mile beach just a short walk through the dunes from the hotel. Dinner in 18 Restaurant & Bar with panoramic views overlooking the links.
HOGMANAY – TUESDAY 31 DECEMBER
After breakfast, explore the beautiful scenery Islay has to offer on foot or by bike. Visit one of the world-class whisky distilleries, or take a trip to the Oa and walk out to the American Monument or Carraig Fhada Lighthouse. Welcome 2025 in at our black tie Hogmanay gala dinner with live music. Join us in the Stag Lounge for an Islay whisky or Islay gin cocktail, followed by a six-course dinner in 18 Restaurant & Bar. Toast in the New Year with Champagne.
NEW YEAR'S DAY – WEDNESDAY 1 JANUARY
Take a long lie-in and then ease into the first day of 2025 with a New Year’s Day brunch. Blow away the cobwebs with a traditional Scottish ‘Loony Dook’ dip in the sea or something a little less challenging… perhaps a round on the links, the six-hole Wee Course, or our new Hebrides social course. Dinner is served in 18 Restaurant & Bar with relaxed live music.
THURSDAY 2 JANUARY
A full Scottish breakfast will set you up for your onward journey, or stay with us for an extra night and explore more of the island.

Activities on the doorstep

The journey
