Taste the freshest Islay flavours – from shellfish and highland beef, to foraged wild garlic and homemade bread with yellow gorse or seagrass from Singing Sands. Dinner is included one night in 18 Restaurant & Bar and afternoon tea with seafood & savoury canapes, mini quiches, sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee.
Islay is a great year-round destination. During spring and summer the fairways and greens are in their best condition, through the autumn and winter the links brings a differnet challenge from the elements. Wildlife and wildflowers everywhere you look, a host of cultural events, and a possible glimpse of the Northern Lights . You’ll also have the opportunity to visit Islay’s famous whisky distilleries.
