Breathe deep, flow and reconnect with nature, your body and yourself. From sensory morning practice to gentle evening yoga, breathwork and mindful movement, our yoga break will help you to restore and relax.

Drop the to do list and carve out a couple of days’ calm in an inspiring natural setting. Our two-day Glasshouse yoga break, will take you through nurturing movement, sensory walks and immersion in the fresh air and restoring waters of Ullswater.
Yoga practice and relaxation
From gentle evening yoga and sensory morning practice to breathwork, our two-day break will restore every part of you through mindful, nourishing yoga as well as giving you time to get out on the lake or relax with a treatment.
Reset, rebalance, refocus in nature
Each class is tailored to the group and will show you how to use yoga to make friends with your body, treating it with kindness and compassion. Through mindful movement and sensory exploration of the landscape, watch the weight of responsibility fall away and deep calm move in.
In the Glasshouse
All the yoga classes will take place in the Glasshouse, the closest building to the lake shore with panoramic views of the fells and sky.
