Our yoga break is all about recharging and soaking up the nourishment. A sensitive yoga programme to reboot gently from the inside out whilst being inspired by the Lake District landscape around the hotel. Nothing is forced, all levels and abilities are welcome. Reviving morning practice and breathwork, gentle evening yoga and guided relaxation – our two-day break will nourish your mind, body and spirit, as well as handing you the time to get out on the lake or relax with a treatment.
Reset and rebalance in nature
Each class is tailored to your specific group, guiding you with movement and energy to connect with your body. Through mindful flows and sensory exploration of the landscape, watch the weight of responsibility melt away and a deep calm settle in.
In the Glasshouse
Flooded with light and positioned close to the lake, the Glasshouse sets the scene for all the yoga classes throughout your break. Practice under the fells and sky, as experienced Yoga partner, Julia Poole from Oceanlight Yoga channels her knowledge into easing you into a state of deep relaxation.
