Across land, sea and air, Islay is brimming with fresh island produce – all coming together at the hotel’s 18 Restaurant & Bar. 

From Loch Gruinart oysters, Islay scallops and Port Askaig lobster, to estates producing superb beef, lamb and game, and locally grown vegetables, 18’s menus are as fresh as they come. And if we can’t source on the island, we cast our nets wider to bring you the very best of ingredients from the rest of Scotland.

And of course, sampling a dram from one of the island’s world-class whisky distilleries – renowned for their distinctive smoky and peaty Islay flavour – is a must. You’ll also find Islay gin, rum and craft beers at the bar.
