Dalemain marmalade martini cocktail recipe

Our take on the classic marmalade martini pays homage to the annual Dalemain Marmalade Festival. The combination of thin cut marmalade, vodka and Cointreau make for a bitter-sweet cocktail.

Marmelade martini

Ingredients

35ml vodka
15ml Cointreau
1 tbsp marmalade
10ml blood orange juice

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, shake, strain and serve in a martini glass.

Garnish with a spiral of orange peel and a candied slice.
