Another Place, The Lake – the first hotel in the collection – is on the shores of Ullswater in Cumbria, with 47 rooms, a swimming pool, Kids’ Zone, four restaurants (including a country pub, The Brackenrigg Inn), landscaped gardens, a private jetty and lakeshore, and views over Ullswater and the fells.

Another Place, The Machrie – the second hotel, which joined the collection in summer 2024 – is on the Isle of Islay off the west coast of Scotland. Facing the Atlantic, with unbroken views of dunes, sea and sky, it has 43 rooms, a world-class golf links, outside sauna and hot tub garden from Kirami, two restaurants, screening room and modern art collection.
