Up the apples and pears cocktail

Dark rum, pear infused vodka, a dash of apple juice, squeeze of lemon and a pinch of crushed thyme. Our festive inspired cocktail is fruity and aromatic.

Cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 15ml dark rum

  • 35ml pear infused Lakes vodka

  • 100ml apple juice

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Dash of sugar syrup

  • Sprigs of thyme

  • Soda water

Method

  1. Add ice to shaker and pour in 15ml dark rum

  2. Add 35ml of pear infused Lakes vodka

  3. Add 100ml apple juice and a squeeze of lemon

  4. Add a dash of sugar syrup and shake

  5. Strain into a champagne flute, add a pinch of crushed thyme

  6. Top off with soda water and garnish with a dried apple and a sprig of thyme
