Up the apples and pears cocktail
Dark rum, pear infused vodka, a dash of apple juice, squeeze of lemon and a pinch of crushed thyme. Our festive inspired cocktail is fruity and aromatic.

Ingredients
15ml dark rum
35ml pear infused Lakes vodka
100ml apple juice
Squeeze of lemon
Dash of sugar syrup
Sprigs of thyme
Soda water
Method
Add ice to shaker and pour in 15ml dark rum
Add 35ml of pear infused Lakes vodka
Add 100ml apple juice and a squeeze of lemon
Add a dash of sugar syrup and shake
Strain into a champagne flute, add a pinch of crushed thyme
Top off with soda water and garnish with a dried apple and a sprig of thyme
