Ice
35ml Black Cat Pink Peppercorn and Pomegranate Gin
Rhubarb and Raspberry tonic
Pink grapefruit to garnish
Method
Drop a scoop of ice into the gin glass
Add 35ml of Black Cat pink peppercorn and pomegranate gin
Top up with rhubarb and raspberry tonic
Add a slice of pink grapefruit to serve
