Mulled wine bellini

• Glass of leftover mulled wine

• 100ml Lanson Le Black

• Dash of sugar

1. With your leftover mulled wine, add sugar and cook down into a thick syrup.

2. Once cooled, pour 100ml Lanson Le Black into a flute

3. Add the 25ml of mulled wine syrup
