Cocktail recipe
Ingredients
35ml Carlisle Christmas gin
35ml Cointreau
50ml cranberry juice
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Lime juice
Orange peel
Method
Add ice, 35ml of gin and 35ml Cointreau to a cocktail shaker
Add 50ml of cranberry juice and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Add a squeeze of lime
Shake and strain into a coup glass
Run orange peel round the rim of the glass
Garnish with an orange peel twist
