Spiced quince daiquiri cocktail
Quince puree, spiced rum from Solway Spirits, lemon ice and bitters. A festive cocktail served in a rocks glass.
Cocktail recipe
Ingredients
35ml Solway spiced rum
50ml quince puree
Lemon juice
2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Dried lime wedge to garnish
Method
Add ice to Boston shaker along with 35ml of spiced rum
Add 50ml of quince puree and a squeeze of lemon
Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Shake together and strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass
Garnish with dried lime if using
