Spiced quince daiquiri cocktail

• 35ml Solway spiced rum

• 50ml quince puree

• Lemon juice

• 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters

• Dried lime wedge to garnish

1. Add ice to Boston shaker along with 35ml of spiced rum

2. Add 50ml of quince puree and a squeeze of lemon

3. Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters

4. Shake together and strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass

5. Garnish with dried lime if using
