Sprig of rosemary
25ml Campari
25ml Vermouth (We use Antica Formula Carpano Vermouth)
35ml Lakeland Moon gin
Carefully, light a sprig of rosemary until smoking and cover with a rocks glass to catch the smoke.
Add a scoop of ice to the shaker
Add 25ml of Campari and 25ml of Antica Formula vermouth, plus 35ml of Lakeland Moon gin and stir
Lift the glass away from the smoking rosemary and add a large cube of ice t the glass
Pour the cocktail through a Boston strainer, over the ice and add the sprig of burnt rosemary for garnish
