What to expect?
Led by experienced and professional personal trainers, Lottie and Emma from Mountain Beach Fitness Retreats, the weekend is aimed at all fitness levels. A pre-arrival consultation ensures your individual goals are met.
The dynamic duo’s guided innovative sessions are based around functional fitness, primal movement patterns and using the body as a whole. Expect training activities such as body weight circuits, trail running, HIIT, core conditioning, active recovery, assisted stretching and animal flow.
Day one will include a guided fell hike to Helvellyn and Striding Edge which should take about 6 hours and a distance of 7.5miles – take a look at the route here.
Mindful movement underpins the philosophy of the weekend. The fun sessions aim to promote an agile, fit, strong and injury-free body, leaving you with a lasting feeling of energy and vitality.
Outdoor exercise is the perfect tonic for body and mind. You’ll finish each day with tired limbs, a healthy glow and most importantly, smug satisfaction!
