“Join me for this exciting and up-lifting 2hr Vinyasa Flow class.”
We will spend 2 hours working on connecting with the breath and bringing movement and lightness to the body. As we have 2 hours, we will really give the body chance to loosen up and work into some of those more challenging poses. We will also have the chance to spend around 20 minutes in a guided relaxation at the end. Pure Bliss….
Some yoga experience or a good level of fitness desirable, but not essential.
