One of their most popular workshops during the October half-term was the Minibeast Mayhem workshop. Kelly Gimson took a small group of children into the ancient woodland at Lowther Castle and showed them how to find and examine minibeasts. Handling insects it turns out is very popular. Here she is back again, on the last day of the year, to bring beastly fun into your children’s lives.
Two 45-minute workshops at 10.30am and 1.30pm. Minibeast hunters must be prepared for cold and wet because it probably will be both. All ages welcome. Parental supervision required. Adults just need a Castle & Gardens ticket.
