Immerse yourself in the forest with the Japanese art of forest bathing. A session full of guided mindfulness, connecting with nature and yourself. Enjoy time for reflection and a traditional tea ceremony.
The session is £25 per person, and booking is essential. Please wear clothing suitable for the weather and being outdoors.
